Traveler Profiles - Profiles save time when making reservations.  They also help us to assure error-free service for our travelers.  Please take a moment to fill out and submit your Personal Traveler Profile.  If you prefer to fill out a hard copy, click here and then fax your profile form to (623) 298-5836.  You can also email a completed form to:profiles@milnetravel.com. Keep your electronic copy on file incase you need to update it in the future.

Contact Your Counselor - Your time is important and you don't need to be frustrated playing telephone tag your travel specialist. That's why we employ direct dial numbers or extensions so that you can reach your designated specialist quickly, and if your Counselor just happens to be on the phone, you can either leave a message or be routed to the next available business travel specialist.
